Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and inspect every order before shipping. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right within the limits of our return policy below.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In the same condition as received — unused, unmounted, and undamaged,

In its original packaging with all components and accessories,

Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items that show signs of installation, wear, or physical damage cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can evaluate and assist you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
Custom License Plate

Used or installed items,

Custom or modified products,

Items marked as final sale or discounted,

Gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds cover the product price only. Shipping fees, payment processing fees, and return postage are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval.

Failed Delivery:

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. If you fail to receive the shipment and it is sent back to our warehouse, it means:

  • Reshipment Option: You may choose to have the item reshipped at your expense (you pay for the new shipping cost).
  • Refund Processing: If you prefer a refund, it will be issued for the item price only (excluding original shipping) within 7-10 business days after the item returns to our warehouse.
  • Timeline: Refunds will only be processed once we confirm receipt of the returned item in original condition.

Exchanges

For a replacement, please place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.
Returned items must meet the unused and original packaging conditions listed above.
